PARRY GIRVES, Partner
Parry is a 3rd generation restaurateur who has seen it all in the business. Parry has worked almost every position imaginable in the food service industry, from dishwasher to partner, the position he holds now at Ken Stewart's Lodge. Over the years his passion for the business and for food and wine has only grown. Parry is a wine enthusiast who loves old-world wines and who played a large part in developing Ken’s award-winning wine program. His positive attitude is contagious at The Lodge and he warmly refers to nearly every employee with a well thought-out nickname. Parry loves so many of the dishes at Ken's that he couldn’t choose a favorite; with so many great dishes at The Lodge he has a new favorite everyday. When he isn’t giving advice to customers about wine, Parry can be seen greeting guests and chatting with diners; ensuring that their meal and service is as perfect as Ken Stewart's Lodge’s atmosphere.


SCOTT FERRIS, Executive Chef
Scotty has been the executive chef at Ken Stewart's Lodge for 19 years. He got started at Ken Stewart's simply by applying for a job and then letting his impressive cooking do the talking. His passion for cooking was inspired by his Greek Grandfather who loved to cook fabulous meals for his family. Though serious about food, Scotty’s kitchen remains light-hearted. He likes to break the tension of anyone who gets too serious by giving them a playful pat on the elbow. Though he loves all the food at Ken Stewart's Lodge, if eating his final meal he’d choose the Del Monico steak, a delicious prime rib on the menu at The Lodge. Scotty’s personality and passion for food is apparent in all of Ken Stewart's Lodge’s dishes and the quality of his recipes are second to none.


SHELLY SMITH, Front of the House Manager
Shelly has been a part of the Ken Stewart's Lodge family for eight years. She began her life at Ken Stewart's as a waitress and has been a part of their success ever since. Shelly is now the manager at The Lodge and loves how the staff maintains excellence while keeping the atmosphere friendly and fun. Shelly truly enjoys being able to learn about fabulous new foods and wines each and every day at work. Her favorite meal on Ken Stewart's Lodge menu is the filet with cabernet sauce, perfectly paired with a delicious red wine from Ken Stewart's extensive and renowned wine list. Shelly is always ready to greet customers with a smile and personally makes sure The Lodge surpasses your every expectation.
