When it comes to the restaurant business Ken Stewart has seen it all. Having spent his entire life in and around the industry, his passion for food and treating customers to a world-class dining experience was second nature.
Ken’s philosophy is simple. Settle for nothing but the best: the best food, the best location and most importantly the best staff. It is this approach that has Ken celebrating 20 years as the proprietor of the famous Ken Stewart's Grille. Ken Stewart's Lodge in its 10th year and the newly open Tre Belle.
SCOTT FERRIS, Executive Chef
Scotty has been the executive chef at Ken Stewart's Lodge for 19 years. He got started at Ken Stewart's simply by applying for a job and then letting his impressive cooking do the talking. His passion for cooking was inspired by his Greek Grandfather who loved to cook fabulous meals for his family. Though serious about food, Scotty’s kitchen remains light-hearted. He likes to break the tension of anyone who gets too serious by giving them a playful pat on the elbow. Though he loves all the food at Ken Stewart's Lodge, if eating his final meal he’d choose the Del Monico steak, a delicious prime rib on the menu at The Lodge. Scotty’s personality and passion for food is apparent in all of Ken Stewart's Lodge’s dishes and the quality of his recipes are second to none.
